Deposits and payments for courses and training offered solely by Persia Juliet Rutchinski are non-refundable.  All bookings however are transferable to another date or offering solely by Persia Juliet.  In the event that Persia must postpone or cancel a course or training, you may transfer your full payment to another scheduled course or training, or you may request a refund of your payments, constituting a full settlement.

The courses and training described on this website are both organised or operated by Persia Juliet Rutchinski.  The Booking Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between Persia Juliet Rutchinski and yourself for the services provided by Persia Juliet Rutchinski and set out the basis of your legal relationship with  Persia Juliet Rutchinski. 

By booking with Persia and paying the non-refundable deposit, or full payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood and that you agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions. Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed via an emailed confirmation letter post your deposit or full payment.  The contract comes into existence on the date shown of the emailed confirmation letter.

 
 

1) Prices & validity

To reserve a spot on a specified workshop or training, a non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment (the balance) must be made within 30 days of the training start date.


2) Cancellation & Postponement

Persia Juliet Rutchinski reserves the right to postpone a course or training and will advise you of such cancellations no later than 30 days before the advertised start date. If the course or training is in person ( not online ) Persia Juliet Rutchinski reserves the right to cancel or postpone due to ‘Force Majeure’ or government travel advice at any time. If the event is postponed, Persia Juliet Rutchinski will offer you alternative arrangements. If you are unable to make the new dates, your deposit will be rolled forward to a future event. If you do not accept alternative arrangements in the case of a cancellation due to ‘Force Majeure’ Persia will refund your payment. For your reference ‘Force Majeure’ means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Persia Juliet Rutchinski and includes, but is not limited to, a global pandemic, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, industrial or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and strikes.


3) Cancellation by you

If you wish to cancel, a notification of cancellation must be made to Persia in writing. Cancellations will not be refunded, however if the cancellation is made prior to the course or training commencing, you are welcome to move your booking to another date.  If however the course has already commenced and you either drop out or cease to complete payments, then there is no option to re-book at another date and no refunds are given.


4) Covid-19 & Entry into Indonesia

There are no refunds given if you must cancel your booking due to testing positive for Covid-19, or if you are unable to enter Indonesia for any reason. Similarly, if you are attending an in-person event or program, and you are to contract Covid-19 during the course of your stay, you will be required to follow local regulations and advice, and no refunds will be given. Any medical treatment, testing, or other related expenses due to Covid-19 or any other illness or injury are not included or covered by Persia Juliet Rutchinski during the course of trainings and programs, and you are solely responsible for any expenses incurred. By making a booking and payment, you agree to be responsible for attaining the correct and adequate travel health insurance coverage, following local travel advice, adhering to inbound travel regulations etc. as advised by the Indonesian Government.


5) UPDATING OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Company reserves the right to update and/or alter these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the Client's responsibility to be familiar with them. The latest terms and conditions can always be found on the website www.persiajuliet.com and will supersede any previous versions.
