This workshop is specifically designed to support your kidney energy and be a tonic to tired adrenals. Through nourishing Yin and Restorative Yoga, breath and energy techniques, mudras, a guided meditation and journaling exercises, we'll connect deeper to the power of our organs and all that may be stored there.
You may experience anything from sleep to refreshment, tears to a release, memories may surface and we'll have time to journal the experience.
All levels of practitioner are welcome to attend.
